Writer/Director Billy Caruso is a Chicago-based filmmaker with a fondness for the absurd and surreal. Billy developed a passion for film at a young age, spending countless hours watching and analyzing movies with the hopes of one day making his own. He grew up in Atlanta before moving to Belgium at a young age where he spent most of his youth. Eventually, Billy made his way to Chicago to study fil
